Michael Martin Brewer lives at 455 2nd St. S.W. in Jamestown Brewer has been assigned a High risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.  Offense: Sexual Contact with a Minor. Brewer had a 13-yr-old girl perform oral sex on him. Conviction Date: 12/11/2009, Fall River SD Juvenile Court.  Offense: Corruption/Solicitation of Minor. Brewer engaged in sexual acts with a 17-yr-old female, including vaginal intercourse.
